Submission Guidelines
Please review these requirements before submitting your manuscript to SNI Publications.
Manuscript Preparation
Word Limits
- Research Articles: 4,000–8,000 words (excluding references and abstract)
- Review Articles: 6,000–12,000 words
- Case Reports: 2,000–4,000 words
- Meta-Analyses: 5,000–10,000 words
- Short Communications: 1,500–3,000 words
- Letters & Editorials: 800–1,500 words
Abstract
Structured abstract of 250–350 words for research articles (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion). Unstructured abstracts of 150–250 words for reviews and short communications. Include 3–8 keywords.
Formatting
- Font: 12pt Times New Roman or Arial, double-spaced
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Line numbering: Continuous throughout the manuscript
- Page numbering: Bottom center
- Language: English (American or British, used consistently)

Important
Files are validated on upload. Manuscripts must be genuine PDF files (not renamed .doc/.docx). Figures must be at least 300 DPI for print quality.
Reference Style
SNI Publications uses APA 7th Edition reference style. All references must include DOIs where available.
Example — Journal Article:

You may upload a structured reference list in BibTeX (.bib) or RIS (.ris) format. Our system will parse and format references automatically. You can also enter references manually during submission.
Article Types
Research Article
Original research with novel findings. Must include Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion sections.
Review Article
Comprehensive review of a specific topic. Systematic reviews preferred. Must include search strategy and inclusion criteria.
Case Report
Interesting or instructive clinical cases. Must include patient consent and ethical approval documentation.
Meta-Analysis
Quantitative synthesis of multiple studies. Must follow PRISMA guidelines.
Short Communication
Preliminary findings, negative results, or methodological innovations.
Editorial
Invited commentary on published articles or current issues in the field.
Letter
Brief correspondence responding to published articles or raising new issues.
Ethical Guidelines
Ethics Approval
Research involving human participants must have been approved by an appropriate institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee. Animal studies must comply with institutional and national guidelines. Approval numbers must be stated in the Methods section.
Informed Consent
Informed consent must be obtained from all human research participants (or their legal guardians). For case reports, patient consent for publication is mandatory.
Conflict of Interest
All authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest during submission. Financial conflicts, institutional affiliations, personal relationships, or intellectual property interests that could influence the work must be disclosed.
Authorship
All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the work. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring all authors have approved the final manuscript before submission. Ghost or honorary authorship is not permitted.
Originality & Plagiarism
Submissions must be original work not published elsewhere and not under consideration by another journal. All submissions are screened for plagiarism. Plagiarism in any form is grounds for immediate rejection.
Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to make research data openly available in public repositories where possible. A data availability statement must be included in the manuscript.
